The whistleblower system of ISRINGHAUSEN therefore offers you the opportunity to report potential rule violations.
We check every report and follow it up consistently. An essential cornerstone of the whistleblower system is the greatest possible certainty that the report can be made without fear of reprisals and guarantees the principle of a fair trial for all parties involved.
The processing of incoming reports is carried out by an ombudsman, who ensures that only absolutely necessary information about the person of the reporter is forwarded to the company. The processing of a report then takes place in-house in an organizationally independent body. In this way, we guarantee the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, those affected and those involved in the clarification of the information.
On request, a report can also be made anonymously, but in this case it is not possible for us to give the required feedback on the receipt and the state of affairs.
